At Imperial Sphynx Kittens, we take great pride in raising healthy, well-socialized Sphynx cat kittens. Each kitten is carefully cared for, vet-checked, and prepared for a loving home.

Because our kittens are living animals, this policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective for both the buyer and the kitten’s well-being.

💖 General Policy

All sales are considered final once a kitten is reserved or purchased. This is because each kitten is individually cared for and reserved specifically for its new home.

We do not operate like a typical retail store—each adoption is a commitment to a living animal.

💰 Deposits

• A deposit is required to reserve a kitten
• Deposits are non-refundable in most cases
• The deposit confirms that the kitten will be held for you and not offered to others

👉 This ensures serious buyers only and protects the kitten’s placement process.

🐱 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

✔ If we are unable to provide the kitten

If, for any reason, the reserved kitten becomes unavailable (unexpected health issue or breeder-related situation), you will be offered:

• A full refund, OR
• A replacement kitten of equal value

✔ If we cancel the adoption

If we cancel the transaction before delivery due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.

🚚 After Delivery Policy

Once the kitten has been delivered or picked up:

❌ No refunds will be issued
❌ No returns will be accepted

However, we remain fully committed to lifetime support and guidance.

🩺 Health Assurance

Every kitten is:

• Vet-checked
• Vaccinated
• Dewormed
• Raised in a clean home environment

If a serious health issue is found immediately after arrival, we require:

• Veterinary proof
• Immediate notification within a short timeframe

We will review each case carefully and responsibly.

🏡 Buyer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth adoption, buyers are responsible for:

• Providing a safe and suitable home environment
• Proper feeding and care
• Following the care instructions provided

We do not offer refunds due to:

• Change of mind
• Allergies (known or unknown after purchase)
• Failure to care for the kitten properly
• Personal circumstances after adoption

📦 Delivery Responsibility

We ensure safe and secure transport, but once the kitten is handed over successfully:

• Responsibility transfers to the buyer
• Any third-party delays (weather, transport issues) are handled with care and communication, not refunds
